Kenna Lewis
Kenna has had over 25 years in Corporate America, with Fortune 500 companies, working with domestic and international partners in every aspect of the business. Kenna is known as strong builder of high performance teams because of her ability to focus simultaneously on vision and execution while concentrating on long-term goals and critical business objectives. She is a proven team leader dedicated to an environment where client satisfaction, efficiency, organization, and teamwork are core values. Her belief in high performance leadership and mentoring people for overall success, gave her the impetus to study and become a certified life, business and executive coach. She has done extensive studying on the neural components of success and understands that it is more than just knowledge that takes you to the next level.
Kenna is currently doing business and personal coaching with companies and people from all over the country, including non-for-profits. She also has received certifications to train for the Department of Labor and currently trains for the government as a consultant.
Kenna has degrees in Communication and Public Relations from William Jewell College.
Hector Silva
Hector Silva has known what constitutes a great leader since his early childhood in Puerto Rico. Growing up on the rough streets of East Harlem, he learned what made people strong – strong enough to survive anything. He was able to make the tough, but right decisions that became the foundation for a lifetime of success.
Hector has worked in many different areas of business: from healthcare in New York City as an Administrator for New York University Medical School- Flower and Fifth Hospital, Executive Director of a Diagnostic Clinic and Operations Director for another Medical Diagnostic company to 25 years in management with a top Fortune 400 technology company. He was actively involved with cultivating leadership and growth opportunities for young employees and College students. Hector was one of the founders and President of Enlace, a National Hispanic Focused Organization.
Hector has been certified as a life, career and diversity coach and enjoys seeing the results in his clients. He started his first business with New Days Coaching with the philosophy that anyone can take control of their career and every business has the potential to succeed.
Hector is currently a Commissioner in the Human Relations Division for the City of Olathe, Kansas. He is a member of the Optimist Club, on the Board of Directors of an organization working with individuals and families of people with Mental Illness and serves as advisor to many clubs and businesses.
