We all depend on each other. Everything we accomplish within an organization is through the efforts of people working together. The premise of this program is that organizations are healthier and more productive when their relationships are strong and people understand how to work together. In a highly interactive environment, team members have fun while learning principles, making decisions and maintaining a positive social environment.

We are offering a 12 month course to cover all areas that are relevant to supervisors and managers.  We have one course a month that allows a supervisor or manager to work on the new skills they have learned and then will be prepared to add a new skill the next month. This 12 month plan is also great for those small businesses that would like to send different people to each month’s training based on needs and requirements of the business! Classes time is approximately 3 hours per month.  Group and individual coaching sessions are also available to add additional learning, detailed plans for implementation and growth to occur.
